A note about registration and confirmation of your email address.
When you sign up, you will be sent a confirmation link by email to the email address YOU used to register. Therefor, you should first ensure this email address is genuine and entered correctly.
Your confirmation email WILL ARRIVE. Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes, but it will arrive.
*Remember to check your Spam box / Filter, in case your email system has marked it incorrectly as Spam.
*You may also want to add 'Planetsuzy.org' to you allow list / white list.
Once the email arrives there will be a link inside for you to click. There is also a specific link for AOL users whose email system munges the main link.
NOTE: The email also contains instructions for MANUAL activation. This will involve navigating to 'http://planetsuzy.org/register.php?a=ver' and entering the User Name which YOU chose and the Activation Code - both of which are also sent to you in the same email.
If you have forgotten your User Name, navigate to 'http://planetsuzy.org/register.php?do=requestemail' and enter your REGISTERED email address.
If after 20 minutes the confirmation email still hasn't arrived to your inbox and is not in your spam folder, submit an account activation request using Contact Us and check box "Registration Problem". Be patient, Contact Us emails normally are reviewed once every 24 - 48 hours. Please don't waste our time if you registered with a false email address, no reply will be sent.
Once you have completed the simple activation process by any means, you will have full access to ALL of our categories, including all of the XXX sections.
Finally, if once you have confirmed your email address, you still have problems seeing all of the categories, refresh your browser by holding CTRL and pressing F5 or delete your cookies completely. Otherwise, sometimes, you will actually be seeing a cached view of our pages.
